Sarah J. Negethon, of Carver, passed away on January 12, 2012. She was 89 years old. Loving mother of Donald V. Negethon Jr of Pawley's Island SC, and Barbara J. Norkus of Wareham. Sister of Bernard Dowd of Raynham, and the late Mary Hanbury, Catherine Walsh - Boyle, Anne Heafey - Bergolino, George Dowd, John Dowd, and William Dowd. Cherished grandmother of Paula Marshall of Kingston, Pamela Fredericks of Hanson, and Caitlin Negethon of Pawley's Island, SC.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, January 16th from 4-8:00PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St (Rt. 58) Carver. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes, 130 Main St, (Rt. 58) Carver on Tuesday, January 17th at 9:00AM. Internment will be at the MA National Cemetery in Bourne at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Hospice Services of Massachusetts, 577 Main Street, Wareham, MA 02571.
