Eric E. May, age 53, of Brockton, formerly of Pembroke, died at his home on Monday, May 14, 2012, surrounded by his loving family.
For 24 years, Eric was employed at Triple G Scaffolding in Norwell. He was also a lifelong Patriots fan.
Eric was the beloved husband of Maureen (Dolls) May; devoted father of James Coughlan of Brockton and Nathaniel May & his fiancee Elizabeth Goldman of Rockland; loving grandfather of Mackenzie and Wyatt; dear brother of Patricia McElaney of Bridgewater, Alan Kimball of Brockton and the late Charles E. May, Jr.; son of the late Howard and Mary Kimball; son-in-law of Maureen and Robert Ek of Brockton; brother-in-law of Beth Parrell and Kathleen and Kenneth Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Eric was a dear friend to many, including his three feline friends, Jake, Harley and Sweetie.
Visiting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett Street, (Route 14), Pembroke, on Thursday, May 17, from 4:00-8:00 PM.
Funeral services at the Shepherd Funeral Home on Friday, May 18 at 9:00 AM, followed by his funeral Mass at Saint Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan Street, Hanson, at 10:00 AM.
Interment will be private.
