Obituary of Robert M. Andrews

Robert “Bob” M. Andrews of Plympton died on April 14, 2008 at the Morton Hospital in Taunton at the age of 68. He was the father of Maria Wood of Pawtucket RI, Robert Andrews Jr of Falmouth, Jason Backman of Puerto Rico, and Resina Guidetti of Plymouth. Brother of Ralph Andrews , Anthony Andrews ,Dorothy Hughe, Michael Pina , Valentine Pina and the late Alfred Andrews and Ricky Pina. He was the grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 2. Bob was born on Aug 5,1939 in Boston to the late Alfred and Annie Andrews. He lived in Plymouth before moving to Plympton as a teenager. He was the owner and operator of Andrews Construction. He enjoyed hunting, the woods, his family and friends. He was avid motorcyclist. Calling Hours will be held on Friday April 18, 2008 from 4-8pm and on Sat April 19,2008 from 9-11am at the Shepherd Funeral Home 116 Main St (Rt58) Carver. A Funeral service will be held on Sat at St Paul’s Church of the Nazarene in Duxbury at Noon following the calling hours at the funeral home.
