Obituary of Bernadette A. Weldon

Bernadette A. Weldon, of Carver, passed away on April 12, 2011. She was 74 years old. Bernadette enjoyed gardening, reading, animals, and loved to spend time with her family. She was retired from C.S. Draper Laboratory as an Administrative Assistant. Beloved wife of 52 years to Larry Weldon. Loving mother of Beverly Joyce of Everett, Kimberly Weldon of Brockton, and the late Michael Weldon. Daughter of the late Matthew and Mabel McCusker. Cherished grandmother of Michael Joyce and his wife Michelle, and Meghan McCarthy. Bernadette is also survived by her great grandson Landon Joyce, and her dear friend “Maggie”. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, April 17th from 2-5:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St (Rt. 58) Carver. A funeral service will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home on Monday, April 18th at 10:00 AM. Internment will be at the MA National cemetery in Bourne.
