Obituary of Roland E. Tangley

Roland E. Tangley, a lifelong resident of Kingston, passed away on February 16, 2013. he was 93 years old. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis Tangley. Loving father of Barry Tangley and his wife Kimberley of Plymouth. Roland was the companion to the late Marjorie Halladay. Brother of the late Ralph Tangley, Helen Squires, Harry Tangley, and Roy Tangley. Grandfather of Melissa, Jennifer, and Jason, and great grandfather to Heather, Chelsea, Jacob, Joshua, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, February 19th from 3-7:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 20th at 11:00 AM at the Mayflower Congregational Church in Kingston, where Roland was a lifelong member. Interment will be at the Evergreen cemetery in Kingston. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Mayflower Congregational Church, 207 Main St, Kingston, MA 02364.
