Obituary of Mary M. Best

Mary M. (Sarno) Best, age 89, of Carver, formerly of Weymouth, died on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at the Jordan Hospital in Plymouth. She was the beloved wife of the late Vincent "Sonny" G. Best, Sr.; devoted mother of Vincent "Buddy" G. Best, Jr. & his wife Patricia of Plymouth, Sharyn Hurley & her husband Michael of East Bridgewater, Cheryl Ladd & her husband Richard of Barnard, ME, Russell Best & his wife Marylou of Carver and the late Deborah Sullivan; loving grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 13; dear sister of Tom Faiella & his wife Sheila of Marshfield and the late Claire, Tootsie, Dottie and Kenneth. Mary is also survived by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Memorial visiting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, (Route 58), Carver, on Friday, March 15, 2013, from 3:00-6:15PM, followed by a memorial service at 6:30 PM. Interment services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
