Obituary of Juanita Louise Bardon

Juanita Louise (Witham) Bardon of Pembroke passed away unexpectedly on March 28, 2013 at the age of 54. She was born in New Hampshire to Rev. Calvin Witham and the late Clara “Bonnie” Witham (died 2012). Juanita was a devoted wife to Gary Bardon and worked as Secretary of First Baptist Church in Rockland until retirement. She continued to serve as an active member and part of the worship team. Juanita loved the beach, annual trips to the Nantucket Daffodil Festival with best friend Sally Dube, scrapbooking, visits with friends and family, and a good cup of coffee. Juanita kept close with her large family. Along with her husband, she is survived by sisters Cheryl Ehrlich and MaryEtta Grabowski, brothers Gary and Jerome Witham, daughter Kelly Bardon, daughter Heather Aldrich and her husband Aaron, as well as her two grandchildren Dakota and Calvin Aldrich. She was beloved by many nieces, nephews, and friends. A Funeral Service will be held at the First Baptist Church, 200 Union Street, Rockland on Tuesday, April 2 at 10:00 a.m. and will be officiated by her nephew Rev. Bruce Bardon. Visiting hours will be on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at The Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett Street, (Rt. 14)Pembroke. Interment will be in Fern Hill Cemetery in Hanson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Juanita’s memory to First Baptist Church in Rockland.
