Obituary of Rob Staines

Rob Staines, age 47, of Pembroke, died suddenly by accident, on Thursday, June 13, 2013, while in New Hampshire. Born in Honolulu, HI, he was the son of the late Henry & Mary (Lloyd) Staines. Rob enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle with friends and the Manomet Mystery Riders. He enjoyed his garden, taking pictures and puttering around. Rob also enjoyed spending time at home with his wife and special friends. Rob was the adored husband of Jennifer (Braley) Staines; devoted brother of Joan Petrillo & her husband Louie of Weymouth, Louise Lawrence & her husband Al of Framingham, Doreen Coleman & her husband Bob of Michigan, Warren Staines & his wife Katherine of Taunton and the late Edward Wilkinson and Harry Staines. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and close friends. Visiting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett Street, (Route 14), Pembroke, on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, from 4:00-8:00 PM. Funeral services and interment services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Rob's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
