Obituary of Mary E. Murphy

Mary E. (Murphy) Murphy, age 89, of Carver, formerly of Weymouth, died on Saturday, June 29, 2013, at the Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Joseph & Bertha (Wilson) Murphy. For many years, Mary worked for the Weymouth Police Department. Mary was the beloved wife of Peter J. Murphy, Jr. and the late George H. Foy; devoted mother of George Foy, Kathleen Maden, Patricia Hasenfuss; loving grandmother to nine grandchildren and dear sister of Christos Murphy and the late Joseph Murphy, Lillian Maynard and Janet Sherrick.
