I met Harriet through the Standish Humane Society which has been helping Harriet with transport and financial assistance since last December in her efforts to trap/neuter/release the many feral cats that she has been feeding. We did neuter 22 cats but unfortunately have not been able to complete the job. Harriet loved animals. May she rest in peace.

I was deeply saddened to hear the news about Harriet. Her cheery 'hello's' whenever we met will be missed My thoughts and prayers are not only for her but for all her family.

My children and I got to know Harriot through her presence at St. Bonaventure Parish in Manomet. She would come in to chat and always had a smile, especially for my little boy. We will miss her visits but know she is now at peace.

I have known Harriet for many years. I met her at the local veterinarian's office when she had three dogs (which she loved dearly) and we became friends. Harriet would sometimes ask me for rides home from her daily walks to the local Stop & Shop or CVS when it was very hot or rainy. When her dogs passed away..I drove Harriet to the Kingston Shelter to adopt her last canine companion. She was a wonderful lover of animals and I will miss seeing her....Rest In Peace Harriet...
