Obituary of Janice C. Ramsey

Janice C. Ramsey, age 73, of Kingston, formerly of Quincy and Dorchester, died on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at the Wingate at Silver Lake in Kingston. She was the devoted daughter of the late Robert & Rita (McCue) Ramsey; dear sister of the late Robert Ramsey, Jr. and James Ramsey; devoted sister-in-law of Ellen Ramsey of Hingham; loving aunt of Robert Ramsey of Kingston, Kathy Hughes of Kingston and William Ramsey of Hingham. She is also survived by six great-nieces and great-nephews, many dear cousins and dear friends. Visting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main Street, (Route 106), Kingston, on Monday, July 29, 2013, from 4:00-7:00 PM. Funeral services at the Shepherd Funeral Home, Kingston, on Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at 9:00 AM, followed by her funeral Mass at Saint Joseph's Church, 272 Main Street, (Route 106), Kingston, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Blue Hill Cemetery, 700 West Street, Braintree. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Janice's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
