Roland Duperre, 88 ,of Kingston died September 11, 2013. Son of the late Joseph and Rose (Santerre) Duperre. Beloved husband of Marian (Holmes) Duperre.Loving father of Lynda Shea and her husband Michael and Dana G Duperre and his wife Betty Fitzgerald. Devoted grandfather of Erin Tinker, Kerry Moore and Heidi Coombs. Great grandfather to Evelyn Moore, Jocelyn Moore, Kimball Coombs, and Benjamin Tinker, and many nieces and nephews.Roland was a veteran of the US Navy serving during World War II. He was a retired member of the Kingston Fire Department, Engine Company I. He was also a life long member of The Hilltop Athletic Association. Memorial visiting hours will be held Saturday September 21, 2013 at The Shepherd Funeral Home 216 main St. Kingston MA from 3-6pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Roland may be made to Norwell VNA and Hospice 120 Long Water Dr, Norwell, MA 02061
