Obituary of Francis X. McGonagle

Francis X. McGonagle of, Carver, passed away on April 10, 2014. He was 72 years old. Beloved husband of Eileen (Carmichael) McGonagle. Loving father of Francis McGonagle Jr. of Quincy, Joanne McGonagle of Las Vegas, NV, Debra Stallings of MD, William T. Campbell of Weymouth, and John J. Campbell of Middleboro. Cherished grandfather of Megan, Will, Matthew, Avery, and Jaxon. Brother of John McGonagle of Shrewsbury, Philip McGonagle of FL, and the late Helen Doherty. Francis is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Francis is a retired truck driver, who worked for Smith Print of Norwell. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, April 14th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St (Rt. 58) Carver. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, April 15th at Our Lady of Lourdes church, 130 Main St (Rt. 58) Carver at 10:00 AM. Family and friends are welcome to gather at the funeral home at 9:00 AM prior to the funeral mass. Francis will be laid to rest with honors at the MA National Cemetery in Bourne
