Charlotte V. Griswold, 76, of Pembroke, passed away peacefully at home on January 15, 2015. She was the wife of the late Almon (Buddy) W. Griswold. Charlotte was the loving mother of Joanne Thayer (Griswold) and her husband T. Rogers Thayer, Cynthia Griswold and David Griswold. She is also survived by her brothers William H. Allen and Edward D. Allen. She was the loving grandmother to Jennifer Lakey, Jessica Nogueira, Christopher Andrea and Timothy Kane, twins Joshua and Samantha Griswold and seven great grandchildren. Charlotte was the former secretary for the Chief of Police in Pembroke MA. Visiting hours will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St. Pembroke MA on Tuesday, January 20 from 4:00 to 7:00PM with a funeral service at 7PM.
