Obituary of Josephine Anne Lanteigne

Josephine Anne Lanteigne, 88, of Carver, formerly of Braintree, passed away on January 1, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Lanteigne. Loving Mother of William Burton and his wife Marion of Carver, Cynthia and her husband Charles Goddard of Marshfield, and Cheryl Burton. Daughter of the late Antonio and Donata Tocci. Josephine is also survived by many grandchildren many great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and her extended family friends. Josephine is the former treasurer and secretary of South Meadow Village. Josephine was a proud member of the Ladies Auxiliary Fleet Reserve. She worked for many years for Howard Johnsons as a cost accountant. A funeral mass will be held at St. Kateri Tekakwitha, 126 S. Meadow Rd., Plymouth, MA, on Wednesday, January 6th at 10:00 AM, followed by a graveside service at the MA National Cemetery in Bourne at 12:45 PM.
