I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I first met Stephen the year my daughter went to Oklahoma when we flew down together. We had lunch together in the airport and I remember when the bill came, he asked if he could pay. When I replied, "no thank you", he said "Would you like me to leave the tip" He was 15 years old but even then a well mannered young man who was looking forward to working the Oklahoma show with his dad.
My girls thought the world of Stephen. He was polite, had a big smile and had manners like few people I've met over the years.
God bless that young man. He was a gem.
