Obituary of Anthony F. DeMolles

Anthony F. DeMolles, Jr, 76, of Kingston, formerly of West Bridgewater and Middleboro, died on March 3, 2017 at the Golden Living Center in Plymouth from advanced melanoma, which had become a brain tumor.
Tony was the son of Anthony F. and Julia M. (Alksninis) DeMolles, Sr. The husband of Diane (McLaughlin) DeMolles and the former husband of Phyllis (Bennett). He was the father of Scott and Steven DeMolles and Susan Ryan. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Christopher, Kyle, Kelly, Erika, Hannah DeMolles and Anna Ryan.
Tony grew up on the family farm, Walnut Hill Farm, 463 Manley St., West Bridgewater, with his sister Irene (O'Reilly) and his brother Edward. Beginning at age nine, he helped his father with the milk route during the overnight hours, predominately in the Brockton Area.
Tony is a lifetime member of the Elks USA, Plymouth, MA Lodge #1476. Tony was on the Board of Trustees of the Kingston Evergreen Cemetery Association from 2005-2016. Tony proudly and happily was an engineer, driving the trains at Edaville USA in Carver, from 2001-2006.
Tony worked as a mechanic for the Kingston Highway Department, since July 7, 1990. Prior to that, he had his own trucking company and he was also a truck driver for Fernandes Supermarket. Tony had a close working relationship with Brad Cushing at Kingstown Trucking, as well as with Dickie Quintal of Quintal Brothers Wholesale Fruit and Produce Business, both of which are located in Plymouth.
No live flowers or plants can be accepted. In lieu of flowers, do a kind deed for someone, even if it is done anonymously.
Tony's children are hosting a gathering to remember their father at 252 Prospect Hill St., Taunton, on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 2:00PM, for anyone who wishes to attend.
