Obituary of Edna L. Gilmartin

Edna Louise Gilmartin, 84, of Rockland MA passed away on Friday June 23, 2017 at Southwood at Norwell Nursing Center. She was born October 22, 1932 in Weymouth, MA to the late Alfred and Florence Bell. Edna is preceded in death by her brother, Everett M. Bell. She is survived by her two daughters Sandra Manalo of Orlando, Fla. and Linda Newell of Hanover, Ma. as well as her nephew, Alan Bell of Michigan. She will be missed by all, especially her 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Edna was a local Girl Scout leader and an avid gardener. At the request of Edna’s family, services will be private. Any memorial donations may be given to National Parkinson’s Foundation Research.
