Obituary of Laurene Embree

Laurene Embree of Plymouth died on January 31, 2008. She was 51 years old. Laurene was born in Cadillac, Michigan, and is the Daughter of the late Cecil and Arloa (Esic) Vincent. Laurene was the Vice president of Corporate Security of Baybank, and later Bank of America. When she had children she became Assistant Manager of Boston, Fleet, and Bank of America. Laurene was a highly accomplished singer, and pianist, who devoted her life to her two children. Mrs. Embree is the loving Wife of Paul Embree of Plymouth. Beloved Mother of Justin Taylor Embree, and Elizabeth Ann Embree, both of Plymouth. Sister of Wesley Vincent of CT, Gilbert Vincent of OH, Gladys Anderson of CT, Averill Brown of CA, and Harriett Walker of Weymouth. She is also survived by two Nephews; Dan and his Wife Ruth Walker of Bridgewater, and David Walker of Weymouth. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, February 4th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St. (Rt. 14) Pembroke. A funeral service will be held at the North River Community Church, 334 Old Oak St, Pembroke on Tuesday, February 5th at 10:00 AM. Burial will be private. Donations may be made in Laurene’s name to Cranberry Hospice, 36 Cordage Park Circle, Suite 326, Plymouth, MA 02360.
