Obituary of Madeleine Desmarais

Madeleine Desmarais of Duxbury, died at her home, after a long illness, on April 30, 2008. She was 77 years old. Madeleine is the Wife of the late Claude Desmarais. Loving Mother of Roxanne Desmarais of Duxbury, Jay and his Wife Pam Desmarais of Pocasset, Kim Desmarais and her Husband Scot Freeman of Shakopee, MN, and Tod Desmarais and his Wife Debbie of Wilmette, IL. Sister of Richard Gagne of NH, Thomas Gagne of NH, Robert Gagne of FL, Rose Everett of NH, and Rita St. Laurant of FL, and the late Jeannette Soucy, Paul Gagne, and Betty Ann Gagne. Grandmother of Kyle, Matthew, Daniel, and Andrew Desmarais. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, May 3rd from 10:00 – 12:00 PM at the Cushing Memorial Hall, 673 Main St, Norwell with a funeral service to begin at 12:00 PM. Burial will be at the Mayflower Cemetery in Duxbury. Donations may be made in Madeleine’s name to Hospice of the South Shore, 100 Bay State Dr, Braintree, MA 02184.
