Obituary of Mary E. F. Gistis

Mary E. F. Gistis of Duxbury died on March 3, 2009. She was 41 years old. Mary was born, raised and educated in Malden, and went on to graduate from Boston College. She was involved in several local theaters, and was an avid photographer. She will be most remembered as a loving wife and mother, and a best friend to many. Loving wife of Glenn Gistis. Beloved mother of Alexandra and Nicholas Gistis. Daughter of Thomas and Janice Fallon of Medford. Daughter in law of Christopher and Lindsay Gistis of Plymouth. Sister of Deborah Fallon of Malden, Thomas Fallon and his wife Kathy of Salisbury, James Fallon and his wife Norellee of Salem, Kathryn Manupelli and her husband Anthony of N.Reading, Michael Fallon and his wife Belmira of Malden, Matthew Fallon and his wife Suzanne of Chelmsford, Christine Selmani and her husband Amin of Saugus, Daniel Fallon and his wife Julie of N. Andover, Bridget Cook and her husband Aaron of Dracut, and Erin Fallon of Washington D.C.. Loving Aunt of Brian, Nicole, Anthony, Kayleigh, Matthew, Michael, Sabrina, Stephanie, Malik, Sicely, Anya, Milla, and A.J. Sister in law of Jonathan Gistis of Boston. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, March 6th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont St, Duxbury, on Saturday, March 7th at 10:00 AM. Burial will be private.
