Obituary of Eileen C. O'Connor

Eileen C. O’Connor, of Carver died on March 3, 2009. She was 88 years old. Beloved wife of the late Edward G. O’Connor. Loving mother of Carol Sinkey of Carver, Edward O’Connor of Melbourne, FL, Janice Dowling of Plymouth, Mark O’Connor of Dennisport, Peter O’Connor of TN, and the late Paul O’Connor. Sister of Thomas Gavin of Kingston, William Gavin of Westwood, and the late Helen Dabreo, Mary Moore, and Joan Weckbacher. Grandmother of 13, and great grandmother of 13. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, March 5th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St (Rt. 58) Carver. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of the Lourdes on Friday, March 6th at 10:00AM. Internment will be at Lakenham cemetery in Carver. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Assoc, 36 Cameron Ave, Cambridge, MA 02140.
