Leonard W. Kane of Florida formerly of New Bedford and South Boston MA passed away April 30, 2009 at the age of 78 in FL. Son of the late Morgan James Kane Sr. and Dorothy G. (Enos) Kane. Leonard was predeceased by his loving wife, Lorraine (Fitzmaurice) Kane. He is survived by his brother James Kane of KY and many Nieces & Nephews. Calling hours will be held Fri. May 8th from 4-8pm at Shepherd Funeral Home 216 Main St. (Rte 106) Kingston MA. Family and friends are welcome to gather at the funeral home Sat. May 9th at 8am with a funeral mass to follow at 9am at Holy Family Church, Duxbury MA. Burial will be in Fairhaven at the Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to: Holy Family Church in Memory of Leonard Kane, 601 Tremont St. Duxbury, MA 02332, these donations will be directed to St. Vincent dePaul
