Obituary of Louise Demers Noble

Louise Demers Noble, a 12 year resident of Duxbury, died January 11, 2010 at her home. A native of Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Adelard and Laurence Demers.
Mrs. Noble earned her bachelors degree in biology from Newton College of the Sacred Heart and a masters in educational psychology from Boston College. She also earned an R.N. from Newton-Wellesley School of Nursing and taught at Mount Auburn Hospital School of Nursing.
Prior to moving to Duxbury, she and her family resided in Wilton, Conn. She was active in school organizations in both communities.
Mrs. Noble took great pride in fostering her sons’ academic, athletic, and professional pursuits.
She is survived by her husband Robert, sosn Christopher and Alexander and sisters Dolores Ferdon, Denise Demers, Suzanne Widdowson, and Marguerite Sheahan.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, January 15th from 3-7:00PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St. (Rt. 106) Kingston. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, January 16th at 10:00AM at the Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont St. (Rt. 3A). Internment will be private.
