I am so proud to have known Phil,. He was wonderful to talk to about life in general. I admired and respected him. He was a great advisor and friend, as I had confided in him on occasion. I can't express the loss I feel as a friend, never mind his beloved wife Joanne and family. He will truly be missed. Another "Angel" has gone to heaven.......
