Cathy Somers, of Pembroke, died on January 21, 2011. She was 60 years old. Loving mother of Kristopher Somers of Pembroke. Beloved daughter of Lois Chafe, and the late Vincent Chafe of Pembroke. Sister of Nancy Schoenfeld of Weymouth, and Patricia Hogan of Plymouth. Cherished grandmother of Carys Somers. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, January 27th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St (Rt. 14) Pembroke. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 28th at 11:00 AM at the Shepherd Funeral Home. Internment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cranberry Area Hospice, 36 Cordage Park Circle, Suite 326, Plymouth, MA 02360.
