Obituary of John T. O'Neil

John T. O’Neil, 90, of Duxbury, died peacefully in his home on June 26, 2018. He leaves behind his beloved family, his wife June; and children, Teresa O’Neil Mittenthal, Sean O’Neil, Marilyn (Lynn) Nugent, Kathleen (Kathy) DeCecco, Brian O’Neil, and Maura O’Neil O’Railly as well as his thirteen grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church in Duxbury on Saturday, June 30th at 1:00 PM. An hour of visitation will take place prior to the mass from 12-1:00 at Holy Family. Mr. O’Neil will be laid to rest with military honors at the MA National Cemetery in Bourne on Monday, July 2nd at 1:00 PM. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice or Holy Family, St. Vincent DePaul.
