Dot and Mac were part of my childhood. I used to wait for the school bus at their house in the morning and we watched the news. Dot taught me how to do so many crafts, as she and I were both left-handed. Right-handed crafters did everything backwards.
She taught me how to love and care for dogs and gardening. As a teenager, I helped take care of the Newfoundlands when Dot traveled and I mowed their lawn. I always enjoyed my time visiting Mac and Dot and have many fond memories of them both.
