Obituary of William C Hay Sr.

William (Bill) C. Hay SR. of Halifax, MA passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the age of 78 in his home after a brief illness.

Bill was born to parents Willison & Muriel Hay on March 5, 1940 and attended Weymouth High School Class of 1958.Upon graduation, Bill entered the Marines to serve his country. He served during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Bill enjoyed a good game of golf and dedicated his life to helping people. He was a manager at Schlindler Elevator in Boston. 

Bill leaves behind a wife Joyce Hay, two sonsWilliam C. Hay JR, and wife Ami of Peabody MA and Jeffrey S. Hay and wife Andrea of Halifax, MA. and two grandchildren Connor & Gavin Hay of Stoughton, MA.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, August 13th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St., Pembroke, MA.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 14th at 11:00 AM at the Shepherd Funeral Home.
