As a teenager, my family and I lived across from Dan's Shell station on Pleasant St. in Brockton for several years. I would go over there and visit with Dan and his employees - kind of "hang out" there from time to time. Dan was pleasant with me. Sorry to hear of his passing.
I have such wonderful memories from my childhood of Mr. Dunklee. Just saying his name brings a smile to my face. Such a great guy! Please accept my sincerest condolences. My thoughts are with you all during this sad time,
