to Linda,Donny, Shannon, and Kate,
I just found out today, words fail to express my sadness to hear of his passing.He was my oldest lifelong friend. Since I met him when we moved to Pembroke way back in the late 70s and moved away to Nebraska in the early 80s, we have stayed friends. Every time I made it back to see him it was as if the years between vanished and we were kids again, he would drop whatever he was doing when I came around and I will never forget that. Donny and Shannon you were like little brother and sister to me for the years we lived there and Kate was born as we were leaving, so I missed seeing you grow up. Linda thanks for keeping me in line back then and being among the first parents to accept a mixed race family in the neighborhood(my sister is black). I will miss him and remember his lifelong friendship and am thankful for having known him.I wish I could have caught up with him one more time but now all I have is memories, we will meet again my friend.
