Obituary of Hazel M. Pratt

Hazel May Eldridge Pratt, 96, died Thursday, January 23, 2020 at the Villas of Guerin Woods in Georgetown, Indiana. She was born May 30, 1923 in Dennisport, Massachusetts to Elijah and Dorothy M. Bennett Eldridge. She was a homemaker that enjoyed crafting, knitting, polishing stones and working with stained glass. She was a member of Bryantville Methodist Church in Bryantville, Massachusetts. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gordon C. Pratt a son Barry Pratt, her siblings, Phyllis, Dottie, Beverly, Barbara, Bill and June. She is survived by her daughter, Wendy Fogg (Robert) of Greenville, Indiana, daughter-in-law, Kelly Pratt of Medfield, Massachusetss, eight grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, February 3rd from 10-12:00 with a service set to begin at noon. Graveside services will follow at Mt. Pleasant cemetery in Bryantville. The family would like to express their appreciation and thanks to the nurses and caregivers at the Villas of Guerin Woods.
