I’m going to miss you so much ,my dearest friend...Our long talks ,walks ,lunch dates, you always gave me nothing but good advice.. You always wished the best for me and my future! You were such a inspiration to so many ..and loved by many many.. I never considered you as a patient of mine ..I considered you as a true friend.. I will forever hold a place in my heart for you... You were very special to me!! As you passed on my birthday:( I will try not to make this a sad day. I will think of it as celebrating you and i ..I will have a glass of wine for you every year on my birthday! going to miss you tons! Xoxo
