Margo and I sang at First Church together for years. She was my son’s mentor when he was confirmed. She is one of the most selfless souls I have ever met and I am so sad she has passed. I’m so sorry for her families loss. Hartley Faherty

Her wonderful smile! That is what I remember. She had a special light that helped a very lost freshman at Elmira College.

Margot was my roommate at Elmira College one year. After college we enjoyed many wonderful visits together in New Hampshire before she and David were married. We will miss her smiling face and great sense of humor. What an artist she was--her quilts are incredible. She even made my wedding dress in 1972. Love and prayers to all the kids, grandkids and David. Sally and Mark Zelonis

Many of us have jobs to go to - Margot made one of the best co-workers. We met at NEQS and shared a friendship that I
will cherish. She loved her children and grandchildren!! They were the topic of many a conversation. She loved Dave
more than she loved fabric - and that's saying something!! Praying for all of you, family as well as friends, at this time. Her loss
is keenly felt. In Christ, Tina Ouellette and family

It’s with great shock that I read that Margot has passed on. I met Margo through quilting and her work at NEQS as I had a quilt shop in South Africa. My husband and I were very fortunate to have met Margo when we visited the Houston Quilt Show one year. Our heartfelt condolences to her loved ones. All the best Adrie & Barrie Strong (Halifax Nova Scotia Canada)
