Obituary of Erik T. Bartko

Erik T. Bartko, 49, of Halifax, passed away unexpectedly on February 28, 2021. Beloved husband to the love of his life Jill (Zoltowski) Bartko. Loving father to his son Jake Bartko of Marshfield. Cherished son of Paul K. and Jane M. (Milward) Bartko of FL, and brother to Leah Bartko of VA. Erik also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Erik was born on May 15, 1971, in Weymouth, MA, and is a graduate of Braintree High School. Erik worked for Burke Distribution in Randolph for many years and was a proud member of Teamsters Local Union 653.

He was a member of the Hanson Athletic Association. He was a devoted pet owner to his dog Lola. He enjoyed spending time hiking, and being outdoors. He loved to cook and enjoyed visiting various restaurants. He also loved live music, especially Heavy Metal, and Karaoke.

A celebration of his life will be held on May 15th at the Hanson Athletic Club.
