Obituary of Debra M. Leland

Debra Margaret Leland, 66, of Kingston, MA, passed away on 9 December 2021 in Boston Massachusetts. Debra was born in Boston Massachusetts to John Robert DuBois and Margaret Louise DuBois on January 5, 1955. She graduated Norwell High School class of 1973. She worked as an Assistant Treasurer for Rockland Trust before becoming a loving mother of two. She then worked for years as an Accounts Manager for SupersealWindows. She enjoyed spending time with her grandson, vacationing to Lake Winnipesaukee, cooking for friends and family, and entertaining on the back patio of her Kingston home. Debra is survived by her husband of 41 years, Joseph Patrick Leland, her two children Matthew Joseph Leland and wife Shannon Leland, Clifford Robert Leland and wife Jessica Leland, and their son Woodrow Leland. She is also survived by her brother James Randal DuBois and wife Diann Dubois, and her many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother John Robert DuBois Jr, and sister-in-law Lynn M. DuBois. 
 

Visiting hours will be held at Shepherd Funeral Home in Kingston, MA on Tuesday December 14th from 4:00-8:00pm. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Parish in Kingston, MA on Wednesday December 15th at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Debra’s name to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.  The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and all the family and friends who provided their support.
