Obituary of Alan F. Machado

Alan F. Machado 65, of Wareham, previously of Rockland and Colorado, passed away on February 2, 2022 from complications of Covid. He was the son of the late Frank and Leora (Caven) Machado. He is survived by his loving wife Catherine (Hopper), son, Francis Michael Machado of New Mexico, sisters Linda Cruz of Carver, Diane Blair of Idaho, 2 grandsons, 1 aunt,  several nieces and nephews and many cousins and friends. He is predeceased by 3 brothers and 1 sister. Alan was employed by Tech Etch in Plymouth. He graduated from Rockland H.S. in 1974. He loved all things New England Sports, fishing, concerts, and trips to the mountains. He was loved, and will be missed by many.

Cremation by Shepherd's Funeral Home of Carver, service will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to AnimalProtectionCenter of Southeastern Massachusetts, 13  West Elm Street Ext., Brockton, MA 02301.
