Joan, was a very caring sister-in-law who shared my birthday and never forgot to send a card. She was always very thoughtful of others. She greeted everyone with a smile and with a demeanor that showed geniuine caring. As the oldest of 8 siblings growing up in Weymouth, Joan was the big sister, leader, councior, mediator and mom's helper. I remember hearing about how she and her husband Jim would be out bowling or playing cards with friends or participating in some other fun activity. She loved life and always seemd to be busy. Joan was a beautiful person who will be deeply missed. I believe she is happy now celebrating with family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with Joan, her family and friends.
