Please share a memory of Teresa to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Teresa Renee “Tracy” Tristaino, 41, of Plympton Massachusetts passed away on December 9, 2023, at home.

Teresa was born in Weymouth Massachusetts to Dominic and Sherilyn Tristaino on July 15, 1982.  She went to Silver Lake High School and graduated in 2000. She went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Bridgewater State College, and subsequently completed a practical nursing program at Southeastern Regional Institute. She worked as a contract CNA for the past six years and most recently was an employee at the Wingate Nursing Home. She was a hard worker, and went above and beyond caring for people. She was always willing to help anyone in need whether at work, with friends, family or even strangers.

Tracy had a robust zest for life and spent some of her best days living and working on the slopes of Copper mountain in Colorado where she made many lasting friendships. If she wasn’t helping to keep the slopes in tip top condition for the US ski team, she was out traversing the backcountry skiing fresh powder. In the off season she enjoyed her trips to Costa Rica, Iceland and various other places where she enjoyed anything to do with the outdoors. Tracy was a natural athlete and excelled in all she did especially golfing and her favorite indoor past time, bowling. She also loved her time at home in Plympton where she would take her beloved dog, Chase, for long walks through the bogs and the occasional paddleboard tour.

Tracy is survived by her parents Dominic and Sherilyn Tristaino of Plympton, MA; her grandmother Marilyn Hardy of Braintree, MA, her four sisters and their husbands: Kristina Root (Brian) of Brookfield CT, Nisa Lehman (Cory) of Milton, PA, Katharine Brooks (Keith) of Raymond NH, Rhonda Kellogg (Daniel) of Sandwich, MA and also one niece, and four nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, December 22nd from 12-2:00 PM with a service set to begin at 2:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St, Kingston. A graveside service will follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Plympton.
