Jax, I will never not miss you. I wish more than anything I could've been there with you during this difficult time. The last months, I enjoyed chatting about tv shows and life. You were the sister I never had and the memories we share I'll cherish, until I die. I cried so much this week I got an eye infection. I know you'd laugh and say how stupid that is. Thank you, for always being unapologetically you. Your love of art, nature, animals, great taste in music and movies, decades of inside jokes and friendship will never be forgotten. Nor your bravery, strength and warrior spirit, which will continue to inspire us all. It's impossible to sum up 30 years in one tiny box. I hate this. It shouldn't be. We were supposed to be those crazy old cat ladies when we grow old. They say energy cannot be created or destroyed, only change from one form to the other. I find some comfort in knowing you're near and watching over us. I'll carry you in my heart for as long as breathe. I love you, my "sister from another mister" and dearest friend. See you again.
