We are so sorry to learn of Janyce’s passing and we offer our sincerest condolences to all the family. We were fortunate to have been neighbors and good friends with Norm and Janyce during their years in Billerica. Janyce and I had a special friendship that I will always remember and be grateful for. We will miss you.

Janyce my dear friend, for over 70 years since the fourth grade in Waltham, one of the sweetest, kindest always willing to help. I introduced her to her true love Norm in 1966, members in each wedding party.

Ann Wood (Davids wife), Janyce, Evelyn and Doris (passed 7/14/23)
They were all direct Mayflower descendants of William White, Richard Warren and Francis Cooke.

Janyce, we will all miss you so much. You were like a mother hen watching over all of us and guiding us. Your politics were wonderful and your brother loved talking with you about all of it. He will definitely miss teasing you until you told him to hang up.

Janyce and I had a special relationship we were family and friends. As the saying goes “you can choose your friends but not your family”.
Janyce was a very thoughtful and kind person. She was a true friend.
We shared many hours talking about our kids, our siblings, politics, books and past memories.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her especially me!
