To the Lane family,
Please accept my sincere condolences on your loss. John was an inspiration for me. He was a giver of his time and knowledge. He made the learning experience fun. Success happens when you do it for fun. Over twenty years ago, John invited me to help him in the "Learn to skate" program at PYH. I truly enjoyed the experience and that led me to teach hockey and coach at PYH from Mites through Midgets over a span of 15 plus years. I am a better person for knowing John. I shall remember him warmly.
