I remember Dick well from high school, many long years ago. He was the brainy one, two years ahead, who hung around because of a certain classmate, also a brainy one. We all looked up to him, a revered upper class man. Dick leaves a wide swath of people who admired him, and his accomplishments are many and far reaching.
