It brings great sadness to hear of the loss of John. He was always so positive and had such a great outlook on everything. He did a wonderful job at transporting passengers with a passion for helping people. It makes me smile when I remember hearing him over the radio saying "I pick up people and drop them off, it's what I do" when asked do do extra trips or take on a difficult passenger. He will be missed by all.
