I am very sorry for your loss. I worked with Bill for many years at Pligrim Station. We always had great discussions about the Red Sox and how much he loved Florida. He will be deeply missed. May you find comfort with family and friends.

Billy, It was my pleasure to have worked with you, both at BECO as well as at Entergy. You were always someone that I could rely upon to get the job done right the first time. Your enthusiasm and "can do" spirit were contagious...you will not be forgotten.

My sincerest condolences to the Ciavarro family. I had the pleasure of working with Bill for many years. He was one of the finest engineers and more, a respected individual. I particularly enjoyed making him laugh. His laugh was infectious. I suppose that's what made him so easy to work with. I did have the opportunity to see Bill several times following his 'retirement'and that will be precisely how I will remember him. God speed Billy.
