It is so hard to be 1500 miles away today. Mrs. Elliott, we are praying for you, our children are praying for you, and our congregation is praying for you. Gayle and Dave, we know what you are experiencing, and our hearts are with you. Today, we weep with you who weep (Rom. 12). Someday, soon, we will all rejoice together!

Dear Mimi & family,
I love you all so much. I just want you to know you are in my & Baylee's heart & prayers. I love Uncle Bob & it's odd to think of him as not here. You're all such a part of my life & memories that I just never contemplated a time when one of you would be gone from this earth. I know we'll see Uncle Bob again in Heaven & for that I rejoice. You are all so loved & I am so grateful that we all know the Lord & can rest in His comfort & the peace that only He can give. 2 Cor. 1:3, 1 Th. 4:17 Love, Sue & Baylee

To Bob's family,
Bob was a regular member of our Poetry Circle and often at the library for other purposes as well. His presence and participation in our circle added in a unique way. He was a straightforward, old fashioned gentleman, who loved reading and writing beautiful, lyrical poetry that pondered the simplicities of love, family, honor and kindness.
For several years at our December meeting, Bob read aloud to us. I will never forget his beautiful, booming, and dramatic readings of A Child's Christmas in Wales and The Night Before Christmas.
Though rather private, it was clear through his work that he loved his family, and was very proud of them.
I offer my condolences for your great loss. He will be missed here.

So very sorry to hear about Bob's passing. Bob was a founding member of our poetry discussion group at the Duxbury Free Library. We loved to hear him read poetry - whether his own marvelous creations or those written by someone else. To hear Bob read anything was a treat, he had such a melodic and expressive voice. The love and pride he felt for his family was obvious. He will be missed by his library friends.
